The rates for Studio #2 are as follows:

PEAK SEASON RATES:

(4/15 - 1/1)

Daily: $140. per couple

Weekly: $750.

Monthly: $2500.

OFF SEASON RATES:

(1/2 - 4/15)

Daily: $100. per couple

Weekly: $500.

Monthly: $1000.

Sleeps 2 to 4 (there are extra fees for additional guests over the initial rates)

There is a 2 night minimum on ALL weekends between 4/15 and 1/1 and a 3 night minimum on ALL holidays and Film Festival weekend.

This unit is pet friendly, with a $20 per night fee.

WIFI is available.

PLEASE NOTE: Laundry services will be the responsibility of the guests for any stay 2 weeks or longer. Laundromat is 2 blocks away.

This unit is extremely versatile as the couch is a day bed with another pop-up bed that wheels out from underneath, hence  transforming a two person unit to having a four person capability.

Another hidden treasure of this unit is the three large windows visible on the facade, which from the main sleeping area give you a spectacular view of the nearby mountains.....which you can take in without even getting up!

As in all units you have the fully equipped kitchen and cozy little dining area, private bath, extra linens, toiletries, tv, dvd, radio and a/c.

 Another great feature in this unit, is the outside courtyard, with table, lounge chairs and barbeque grill set amongst the lush greenery of the surrounding gardens.
