The apartment is a cozy space with two sleeping areas on the second floor of our home with its own separate entrance.

Rates for the apartment are as follows:

PEAK SEASON RATES:

(4/15 -1/1)

Daily: $140. per couple

Weekly: $750.

Monthly: $2500.

OFF-SEASON RATES:

(1/2 - 4/15)

Daily: $100. per couple

Weekly: $500.

Monthly: $1000.

Sleeps 2 to 4 (there are fees for additional guests over the initial rate) 

There is a 2 night minimum on ALL weekends between 4/15 and 1/1 and a 3 night minimum on ALL holidays and Film Festival weekend.

This unit is NOT pet friendly.

WIFI is available.

Fresh linens, toiletries, private bath, 2 tv's, dvd, a/c and a fully equipped kitchen are all ready for your arrival.  

The lower of the two sleeping areas pictured below is blessed with the sound and direct overhead view of the waterfalls and pond.

This is an L-shaped apartment with low ceilings in certain areas, so therefore may not be suitable for the tall of stature.

PLEASE NOTE: Laundry will be the responsibility of the guests for any stay 2 weeks or longer. Laundromat is 2 blocks away.

Our cozy and quaint kichen overlooks our beautiful garden courtyards and our Treasure Chest Antique Shop. 

If you don't feel like going out and just wish to languish, you may rest assured that everything you could possibly need to throw together a romantic gourmet meal is at your disposal....  ...... 

......and if it isn't.....you just ask us and we will do all within our power to provide!
